I didn't vote for him. We don't see eye to eye on a lot of things and as my Dad says, "Better the devil you know, than the devil you don't."
Still...
We were a part of history. In lots of ways. There's a lot of comfort and pride in knowing I can tell my children they can be whatever they want when they grow up, even the President.

I completely agree with you. Although I didn't vote for him, I have to say it is pretty cool to see a black man as pesident. I don't agreee with everything he has planned but I still have to respect him for taking a job that I personally would never want in a million years.
Neither did I. However, I agree that it's wonderful to live in a country where you can have the freedom to dream and do what you believe in doing.
There is still no other place I'd rather live than right here, in the United States of America!!
