This is the before shot and probably the only semi-smiley pic I'll get all day. I'm about to become the meanest mom on the planet. It's her two month appt. today(and only two weeks late), which means I'm going to have to let some mean old nasty nurse/medical assistant poke my baby. I hope she will forgive me. I've put it off as long as possible, but I'm dying to know how much my little Amazon weighs and how long she is. We have important things at stake. She'll either be a volleyball-playing-architect-pianist or WNBA-star-turned-engineer-pianist. Notice that either way she will be playing the piano. Come hell or high water I will make her play till she is 12 then she can give it up for life! It may be a battle, but I invented stubbornness in our family.
Just to prove my love to her I stayed up all night embroidering her onesie. Actually, it only took a few minutes, but I like the way it turned out. I love the baby legs. I am a firm believer in Baby Legs. And even though you can't see them, yes those are farm animals on her booties.

You are so talented!!! I used to always think, what can't she do? Maybe you'll consider moving back to Utah and giving me knitting lessons? Probably not but it was worth a try. Loved the outfit!

She always looks so cute! Your amazing that project would have taken me until she was one and then it would have looked like crap. Hope her shot went as well as could be expected :( How much has she grown?
