Memories

My migraine is gone. Yay! But it means I can now catch up on reading, so I wont write much today. I'm going to let you do the writing.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn’t matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! (And if you only know me through blogging, then leave your favorite post and why you keep coming back! :) )

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It’s actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I’ll assume you’re playing the game and I’ll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don’t want to play on your blog, or if you don’t have a blog, I’ll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Memories: You are my daughters' friend and I remember coming to your house with Natalie. I remember how beautiful you were inside and out. I loved how you had made Natalie a gift. I believe it was a blond haired doll or something like that. It was handmade. I love how you post something very interesting on your blog everyday.

Thanks a lot Mom. Not the day I was born, or graduating from college or even kindergarten but sitting on scissors. Nice. :)

Holy Cow I need a brain scan!! I forgot about Education Week! Glad you can remember more than me. When we went to your house it was when you were getting ready to move. That day I can remember.

My favorite memory goes along with your dad;s. When he came to pick your mom up and you called me and said he was cute. It was raining and he even brought an umbrella so she wouldn't get wet. He even opened the door for her. I have lots of fun memories when you stayed with us. I also love the fact that you love to knit and share ideas with me

I came so close to putting that memmory up but I didn't think you would remember the parrot. Yes I still have him, he is losing his touch though, I think I stepped on the microphone or the battery is about to die. I havent laughed that hard in a long time.

OK, so I don't really "know" you in the REAL life sense, so I'll tell you why I love your blog. I found you through a Segullah thread, and got hooked. The first couple of posts I read were about missing your old ward ("I don't need new friends, I like my old ones"...or something like that), and attitudes in Utah. I like how you are HONEST and REAL and FUNNY! These are all qualities I appreciate in a person! So thanks for keeping me entertained! (Plus I can appreciate all things girly, namely hair bows!)

It's more about you and John sitting on the tractor for wedding pictures at the Temple. Loved it!

My favorite memory is hitting San Francisco with Y-Mo and C-Tra...but when I think of Yannette, I always picture you knitting in one of my mom's chairs, trying to hold back the laughs and shocked looks when 'crazy jody' strikes again!
